"That URL is already taken"
Only the workspace URL has to be unique — your name can repeat.
Organization names may repeat across Bidirection — only the workspace URL has to be unique.
Keep your organization name exactly as you want it, and change only the URL. For example, use bench.app/f0labs-2 instead of bench.app/f0labs.
The name is what appears in the console and on the widget. The URL is just an address, and nobody outside your team types it.
Were you trying to join a teammate's workspace?#
If your company already uses Bidirection, do not create a second organization. Ask an owner or admin to add you on Settings · Team, then sign in with that exact email address.
Signing up independently creates a separate, empty workspace — which is the most common reason someone reports "my agents are gone".
