Create your organization
Sign up, name the workspace, and land in the console.
An organization — the console calls it a workspace — holds your agents, your Library, your team and your domains. Most companies need exactly one.
- Sign up at the console with your work email and a password. You confirm the password on the same form.
- Verify your email from the link we send. Until you do, the console keeps you on a waiting screen.
- Name your organization. Use the name you would put on an invoice — it appears in the top bar and on the widget.
- Pick your workspace URL. This is the only part that has to be unique across Bidirection. If the one you want is taken, change just the URL and keep the name.
- You land on Home.
What to do next#
Home will ask for your website so it can scan it. That is the right next step — everything the agent knows starts there.
If the URL you wanted was taken, see That URL is already taken.
Joining an organization that already exists#
You cannot join a workspace yourself. An owner or admin adds you from Settings · Team, and then you sign in with that same email address. See Invite your team.
