Connect your tools
Wire Zendesk, Slack, webhooks and MCP servers once; any agent can act through them.
Connections let your agents act through your other software — file a ticket, post to Slack, call your own endpoint, or use tools from an MCP server. Wire a connection once in the Library and any agent can be given it.
What you can connect#
Library · Connections offers six:
| Connection | What it does |
|---|---|
| Zendesk | Open, update and route support tickets from agent conversations |
| Intercom | Sync conversations and hand off to Intercom inboxes |
| Slack | Post escalations and notifications into a workspace or channel |
| Webhook | Deliver conversation events to any HTTPS endpoint you control |
| MCP Server | Give agents tools from a Model Context Protocol server |
| Custom | A generic connection that stores the metadata your integration needs |
Gmail is not a supported connector yet. If you want email replies to reach the agent, tell us and we will flag your interest.
Connect one#
- Open Library · Connections.
- Press Connect on the card you want.
- Give it a Connection name — how it appears in your workspace.
- Fill in the fields for that service. Required fields are marked.
- Press Connect.
Test it#
Press Test on a connected card. The dialog checks three things: that the configuration is valid JSON, that its shape is right, and that a secret reference is present.
Give a connection to an agent#
A connection in the Library is available to the workspace, but each agent only uses what you attach. Attach it on that agent's Agent & persona page — the one place bindings are written.
Disconnect#
Press the bin icon on a connected card and confirm. Agents lose that connection immediately, and it cannot be undone. Detaching it from a single agent instead — done on Agent & persona — stops only that agent using it.
