A tour of the console
What every part of the screen is, and where each job lives.
The console has one shape, and both products share it. Learn it once.
The top bar#
Left to right:
- Your organization name.
- The agent switcher — the agent everything on screen is about. Switching agents re-points every page, and switching between a Sales Agent and a Support Agent changes the sidebar with it.
- Campaign state (Sales Agents only) — whether your campaigns are live, practising, or idle.
- Search (⌘K), settings, and the light/dark toggle.
The sidebar#
Five groups, always in this order.
| Group | What lives there |
|---|---|
| Workspace | All agents — every agent in the organization, both products |
| Overview | Home (the daily surface) and Analytics (deep performance) |
| Agent | Everything about the focused agent: Agent & persona, its engine, Agent preview, Live, Conversations, Leads / Escalations, Tickets |
| Library | The shared shelves every agent draws from: Sites, Knowledge, Voices, Faces, Skills, Workflows, Guardrails, Connections, Domains |
| Settings | Workspace, and its tabs: Site script, API keys, Team |
The rule that explains the whole layout: the Library creates, Agent & persona binds. You build a voice, a knowledge base or a guardrail policy once in the Library, and it is available to every agent. Attaching it to a particular agent happens in one place only — that agent's Agent & persona page.
That is why deleting something from the Library warns you about every agent using it, and why you cannot bind a workflow from the workflow designer.
Agent & persona#
The single page where an agent is assembled. It is a grid of cards — voice, face, knowledge, guardrails, skills, workflow, connections, domains, integration, instructions — and each card says what is attached right now, with one action and a door to the Library shelf that owns it.
The header carries the launch control: a capsule whose three segments fill as each fact becomes true — a verified domain, the script actually loading on your site, and you pressing publish. The label always names the next step.
Home vs Analytics#
Home answers "what needs me this morning": a sentence summarizing the week, the decisions waiting, four numbers against last week, one chart, and the recent outcomes feed.
Analytics answers "how is it doing": a window you choose (7, 30 or 90 days), six numbers each compared against the period before, and tabs for the funnel, per-agent performance, and when calls actually happen.

Finding things#
Press ⌘K anywhere. The palette searches every screen, and it speaks the vocabulary you already have — searching "campaigns", "playbooks", "reports" or "bots" lands you on the right page even though Bidirection names them differently.
